Alan Grandis

General Manager, Henricksen NY

Alan has over 30 years of industry experience on both the manufacturer’s as well as dealer side of the business. He spent 14 years with Knoll including positions managing the dealer development program, launching the Corporate Account Selling program as well as managing sales training efforts. Alan also held the position of Regional Sales Manager. Additional manufacturer experience includes the launching of an Italian company into North America and Director of Sales at Vitra. Dealer experience included the start-up of a Knoll dealership, VP-Sales at a Steelcase dealership and 3 years ago the launching of the new Henricksen dealership in New York City. He also holds an MBA degree in Marketing from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.



Dave Bryant

Director of Sales, Henricksen NY

David has over 20 years of workplace strategy, leadership and sales experience in the contract interiors industry.  He began his tenure as a Workplace Strategist with Herman Miller where he helped global clients connect their external brand to their internal culture through change management and workplace-focused events. He went on to cut his teeth in sales at a Herman Miller dealership in Washington DC before joining Allsteel as a Global Account Manager in Chicago.   David continued his career with Allsteel by moving to Atlanta where he managed 11 states in the Southeast as Regional Sales Manager and recently joined the Henricksen leadership team in NYC.  He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and a Masters in Organizational Development and Marketing.


LArry Cohen

Regional Architect & Design Manager, Allsteel

Larry is the key Allsteel contact for the architect and design community in NYC.  He is responsible for creating and carrying out a long-term strategy and developing relationships within the sector.  Larry brings more than 24 years of industry experience as an interior designer, arts college instructor and dean, and sales representative. 


Charlotte Stanske

Interior Project Manager, Perkins + Will

Charlotte is a self-motivated interior designer with wide-ranging project management experience. She has directed complex projects from conceptual design through construction administration and close-out to enable full occupancy. Teamed on base building, new construction projects and interior / tenant fit out projects ranging in size from 5,000 SF to 230,000 SF. Charlotte's Collaboration with architects, engineers, construction managers and specialty consultants has enabled her to develop strong project coordination and communication skills. Her expertise in project types includes:  corporate, legal, performance space, convention center, government and courthouse.


Rebecca Dorris Steiger

Associate Partner, ZGF Architects LLP

Rebecca has 24 years of experience designing a broad range of interior environments for clients in multiple markets, including technology, professional services, financial services, and biomedical research. Her leadership skills and unique expertise in working with multidisciplinary teams has enabled her to deliver well-crafted design solutions and to create spaces that are both innovative and inspiring. She has expertise in all phases of the design process, from programming, schematic design concepts, design development, construction documentation, to FF&E selection and specification. In addition, Rebecca has served as an Executive Board Member of IIDA Chapters in both New York and California. She has most recently participated as President of the IIDA New York Chapter and Vice President of Communications for the organization in New York.
