We are a New York City-based organization with members throughout the A&D community.

Leadership – Founding members providing guidance, vision, and administrative support.

Mentoring – All professionals donating their expertise to the group individually or in a workshop setting.
Requirements: application and approval process directed by LMNOP Leadership

Networking – Industry professionals providing members with support and encouragement, as well as helping to connect members with employment opportunities and industry events.

Opportunity – Unemployed architects and designers of all experience levels and the core unit and reason for the establishing the organization
• Job Search Workshops are geared toward members of this group
• Members are eligible to attend all workshops and many events for free
• Movement to the Professional Group occurs when: member becomes employed, member fulfills all six of the job search workshops, obligations are not met
• Requirements include: Minimum of a BA/BFA in Interior Design, BArch, or a bachelors degree other than those previously listed supplemented by a degree/diploma from an interior design program.

Professional – Employed architects and designers of all experience levels who are looking to expand their network and receive guidance in their professional development
• Professional Development Workshops are geared toward members of this group
• Requirements include: Minimum of a BA/BFA in Interior Design, BArch, or a bachelors degree other than those previously listed supplemented by a degree/diploma from an interior design program
