Our goal is to create an organization for the A&D community whereby members can connect, support, and advise each other in a proactive and productive environment.

LMNOP started in early 2009 with a small collection of e-mail addresses of recently laid off professional colleagues who wanted to stay in touch within the industry. It has grown into a formalized organization providing training, workshops and mentoring opportunities otherwise taken for granted when times were good.
